GETTING TO KNOW YOU...

"You'll learn more about someone in an hour of play than you will in a year of conversation!" This historic quote is hand-painted on a wall of the Great Escape Parkside's main living room. If you want to chat about the house or if you have any questions at all throughout the months leading up to your arrival, we'll always be just a quick phone call, email, or text message away...but...Once you arrive for your 30-60 minute check-in tour and orientation, we'll REALLY have fun demonstrating the larger-than-life games, showing you how they all work, and then seeing you take some of them for a "spin!" Other vacation rentals just email you a door code and let you figure it all out for yourselves but that's not the Orlando Area Luxury Rentals way (unless, of course, you request that!)

Until then, we'd love to know if you have any special needs to make your stay extra-incredible! Maybe someone in your group is going to be celebrating a birthday or a milestone wedding anniversary. We can help! Perhaps you want a pizza to arrive at the same time you do...but it can only be our town's very best. We've probably got you covered! Need a caterer?  We know whose number to give! Need a fun, creative way to propose?  We EXCEL at unique, romantic ideas!! We want you to feel welcome not just at the house but also in our local community and would LOVE to help as much or as little as you need. DURING YOUR STAY...

While you're our guest, help will always be just a phone call, a text message, or an e-mail away. Six star service means we'll always do our best to go above & beyond what is normally expected from vacation retreat property managers. In one case, a guest reported that her mattress was sagging slightly after her first night at the house. Within an hour, we had a brand new luxury mattress installed for her. While at Great Escape, you can expect to receive fast assistance---all day and even throughout most of the evening...with the occasional exception of very late night hours! (Worst case scenario: If you call for assistance at 4am because you're trying to change the input on a TV, you may not get a response until 8 or 9 am!). We're extremely proud of this level of service as so many vacation home rental managers typically take a day (or more) just to answer basic questions... If we cannot successfully help you by phone/text/e-mail, we'll have someone stop by for live, in-person assistance. If anything stops working during your stay, we'll send repair technicians promptly! Not only is The Great Escape Parkside an incredibly unique & unusually fun home, but the level of service we strive to provide to our guests is...in our opinion, unprecedented in the vacation retreat industry.

AFTER YOUR STAY...

Forgot your phone charger? We'll mail it right back to you. Want answers to the puzzles you missed in the CLUE escape room game? OK, we'll tell you but don't spoil it for anyone else! Our fast response time won't end when your stay does. We'll still always be just a call, a text message, or an email away!
